Registration

Registration fee is 600€ and includes conference programme, 4 nights of accommodation (in single or double rooms), full subsistence, evening social programme, transport from the nearest airport (Kosice) and several trips during midday breaks.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

All cancellations must be announced in writing (by post or e-mail sent to the course organizers) on the following conditions:

• Before April 30, 2020 (23:59 CET): a full refund of the fee will be made;
• After April 30, 2020 unfortunately no refunds are possible.

Fellowships

Up to 40 fellowships will be available for young participants (below age 35) (especially from Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Ukraine, Turkey). Participants may apply for a reduced fee (i.e. fee of 400 EUR (30 fellowships) or even zero fee (10 fellowships)) if they have serious reasons and give them in the application.

The Austrian Society for Allergology and Immunology supports the Conference by 8 travel awards (each EURO 600,-) to enable participation of early career scientists (below age 35) who are members of the Austrian Society. Applicants for the travel awards must send a CV, a short description of their currently pursued research project, and, if a poster will be presented, a copy of the abstract of the poster no later than March 30, 2020, as a single pdf document via email to office@oegai.org.
