Conference Fee

Thanks to the financial support of EFIS and EJI, the conference fee is only 600 EUR and includes:

• full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for 13–17 June 2026
• four nights of accommodation
• participation in the full scientific program
• coffee breaks
• social and leisure activities
• the welcome reception and farewell party

Registration Process

Online registration and abstract submission will open in January 2026 and close on 22 February 2026.

During registration, you may choose one of the following contribution types:

• Talk
• Poster (highly recommended)
• No presentation

Abstracts may be revised and updated after the initial submission—up to 30 April 2026. Since abstracts will serve as an important source of information for both organizers and participants, we strongly encourage you to submit an abstract.

Admission operates on a first-come, first-served basis until the meeting reaches its full capacity (approximately 100 paying participants). Once capacity is reached, you may still register using the same form, but you will be placed on a waiting list and invited to submit payment only if a spot becomes available.

To complete your registration, the registration fee must be paid by 22 February 2026.
Payment can be made:

• preferably online by credit card, or
• by bank transfer.

Payment instructions and the payment link will be provided in your registration confirmation e-mail.
All payments must be made in Euro (EUR, €).

An invoice will be sent to you by e-mail within two weeks after the payment is received.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail only (tatra@img.cas.cz) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

• Before 31 March 2026 (23:59 CET): an administration fee of 30 % will be charged;
• After 31 March 2026: no refund of registration fee will be granted.
